Till next time! Ended the TERA Online CBT #5 on a mild note. Mainly focused on my newly made Lancer for today’s session; not too shabby I might say. As mentioned in my previous post, the blocking mechanic is similar to the Berserker’s block, so it wasn’t too hard to figure that out. Combat is a whole ‘nother story. I will admit, it was difficult for the first ten levels, but once I finally got used to the combos and attacking style, things got better. And even more so once I received Challenging Shout. My friend and I just grouped up mobs and plowed through them. xD I’m still dedicated to my Berserker at this point, but I can see myself playing a Lancer as well. That’s it until April 19th in regards to TERA Online; time to take a break and get things together. Later! (^^)v

Velika? More like Lagika -_- It’s been awhile since I’ve posted anything on TERA, but tonight, I had the pleasure of participating in the monster invasion event…or, what I could see of it. Between the players and the monsters, I could barely move two feet. Eventually, it resulted in my client crashing, but I did manage to snag a screenshot before I left. So, here it is. =) Other than that, I had a blast taking on BAMs for the first time with my Berserker. Though I wasn’t brave enough to solo them, I still got a good feel for the level of difficulty the game will have in the future. I’m so lucky to have a priest for a leveling partner. xD Also, despite my love for my ‘serker, I might give a Lancer a try again. I played a Warrior for about 14 levels, but I cannot foresee myself tanking in groups with that type of class. I’d be more concerned on how high my DPS is that actually trying to keep the group alive. And since the Lancer has the same blocking mechanic as the Berserker, it feels more natural than dodging around for me. All in all, not too bad for about half a day of gameplay. Leveled my ‘serker from 14 to 22, and started my Lancer. I’ll post again later today with any final notes from CBT 5. Laters =P
